On my 8th day and am so grateful that I chose him. He makes you feel comfortable and follows up before and after surgery just to make sure everything is okay. I had all the anxiety that goes with any major surgery but Dr Paul made everything easy by answering all my questions which was quite relieving. His friendly nature adds to the comfort

My husband’s recent hip fracture happened in China during a triathlon. Navigating the Chinese hospitals isn’t easy as the language and cultural barrier is considerable. Dr Paul was so very kind to assist us through-out over WhatsApp from Dubai by answering all our questions, discussing medication, mobilization protocol, assessing X-rays etc.  To have somebody trustworthy as a back up to re-assure us and fine tune medication was invaluable and I can not thank Dr Paul enough. Dr. Paul McNamara and his team gave me an exceptional level of care throughout my hip replacement journey.

After living with hip pain for around ten years, several surgeons had told me that I needed a replacement. However, I remained anxious about the operation and the recovery. When I sought another opinion and met Dr. Paul, his warm, infectious positivity immediately put me at ease. He explained everything so clearly and calmly that the prospect of surgery suddenly felt no more daunting than a routine dental appointment.

I had my surgery on September 3 and spent just two days in hospital. Remarkably, I was able to walk out of the hospital after those two days.

Dr. Paul, Dr. Ramesh, and Dr. Bilal were excellent. They met with me before and after the operation, never made me feel rushed, and patiently answered every question I had.

What truly distinguished them from the other surgeons I had met was the genuine sense that they cared about me as a person; not simply as a patient; and about improving my quality of life.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Paul and his entire team and would recommend them without hesitation.

Can’t recommend Dr Paul MacNamara highly enough. He carried out my total hip replacement and is not only a tremendously skilled surgeon but also took a genuine interest in my after care. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Dr Paul Macnamara when I started to suffer knee issues after a long sporting career. Paul and his team diagnosed my case, suggested some options, and completed my surgery. The treatment I received was excellent and my recovery was 100%.
